Greetings! All good things must come to an end – to pave way for even better ones. After over 6 years of serving clients at our clinic located at Shop 19, 792 Heatherton Road, Springvale South, Victoria, we’ve decided it’s finally an opportune time to move to a new, bigger premise. Our old clinic served us really well, and we made great memories there, but we couldn’t be more excited about our newly acquired facility. Our decision to relocate was informed by the need to meet the growing demand for our dental services which have increased rapidly over the past few years. The New Clinic is at Shop 22 in the same Plaza as ALDI and will be our new home. Here, our new clinic has a bigger dedicated parking, bigger waiting rooms and surgeries.  This enables us to provide the best even better customer experience. As part of our drive to maintain the high standards that we have for a long time been associated with, we’ve invested heavily in new, more advanced facilities and equipment that will help us serve you more effectively. For example, our new premise features spacious rooms that better accommodate patients and their families. What’s more, the hallways are wider for ease of passage while the waiting rooms are now more comfortable and better organized. Our new clinic will be located in the same plaza as ALDI and is right next to ALDI and can be easily seen from Heatherton Rd and has its own dedicated parking in front. Will I still be able to see my regular dentist? Sure. While the new facility allows for more staff (which by the way was one of the reasons for our relocation), we would like to assure you that our lead dentists will still be accessible at our new practice. Feel free to request appointments with your regular doctor whenever you’re visiting our new place. Will you offer the same services? Absolutely. Springvale Dental Clinic will continue to offer the same high-quality, patient-focused dental services that you’ve come to associate it with during the several years we’ve been in operation. In fact, given that we now have additional space for more advanced facilities and professionals, expect to find even more improved patient experience and increased specialties at our clinic the next time you’re visiting. Will the Relocation affect how much I pay for your services? No. We have raised enough money to cover all the expenses involved in relocating to the new clinic.
